#articleRelated { display: none !important; } The College of Charleston took every match, including all three doubles to take the 7-0 victory in men's tennis action this afternoon at the tennis center at Patriots Point in Mt. Pleasant, SC.

The Cougars improve to 7-3 on the year, while Lafayette falls to 2-3 overall.

The Cougars opened the match with close 8-6 wins at the number one and two doubles and a 9-7 edge at number three.

Only one singles match went into three sets for the Cougars with Perry Allen taking the 6-2, 5-7, 10-6 win over Paul Guarino at number six singles.

The Cougars are next in action when they host Wofford in Southern Conference play Saturday, Mar. 19th at 1:00 PM at Patriots Point. Lafayette continues its road swing through Charleston as it takes on Charleston Southern tomorrow at 12:00 PM.
