The College of Charleston men's tennis team won five of six singles matches en route to a 6-1 win at Presbyterian in college tennis action on Sunday.
With the win the Cougars improved to 2-2 on the season. Charleston plays at Charlotte on Friday, Feb. 15 at 3:00.
Omer Abramovich beat Matt Martin 7-6 (7-3), 6-0 at No. 1 singles, Mickael Boyer downed Pat Fediva 6-4, 6-3 at No. 2 singles, Steven Myers defeated Andrew Lee 6-2, 6-4 at No. 3 singles, Chris Carlton bested Mark Cannatelli 6-2, 6-4 at No. 5 and Jimmy Petit claimed a win at No. 6 with a 6-1, 6-0 decision over Brad Luciva.
Charleston earned the doubles point when Boyer and Petit won at No. 2 and Myers and Carlton bested Fediva and Adam Herendeen at No.3. Charleston won both matchups 8-5.
