CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston takes on CAA newcomer Campbell for the first time in six years when the Cougars host the Camels in a 4 p.m. match on Sunday at Ralph Lundy Field.

The game wraps up a brief two-game homestand for the Cougars which began with a 0-0 draw against conference co-leader Hofstra on Thursday. Charleston is in eighth place in the CAA with four points while Campbell is tied for ninth with three.

The Cougar defense limited the Pride to only nine shots, and Savannah Barron made four saves to record her second career clean sheet. The Camels have scored six goals in their last three games including a 3-3 draw with Northeastern and a 2-2 deadlock with William & Mary.

Campbell leads the all-time series 5-1-2, but the 2017 contest is the only one since the Cougars and Camels were members of the TAAC from 1993-97. Charleston won the most recent contest by a 1-0 score in 2017 at home.
