Volleyball Announces 2025 Matchday Promotions

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The College of Charleston volleyball program announced its promotional schedule for the 2025 season.
The Cougars' 51st season has lots of fun in store with nine contests that feature themes, giveaways and special events. All home matches are non-ticketed and free to attend. Specific information for each promotional game can be found below.
2025 VOLLEYBALL PROMOTIONAL SCHEDULE
Friday, August 29 vs. Eastern Kentucky – 7 p.m.
Theme: Home Opener // Welcome Back Students // Championship Banner Reveal
· Come out and celebrate the first match of the season! Be sure to arrive early as we reveal the 2024 CAA Championship banner in the arena!
Giveaway: Free Chick-fil-A for first 50 students + student raffles for an Apple Watch and AirPods
Monday, September 8 vs. The Citadel – 6 p.m.
Theme: Military Appreciation Night
· Help us honor and show appreciation for our local active-duty military and veterans
Friday, September 26 vs. Hofstra – 6 p.m.
Theme: Stranger Things Night
· Gear up for the release of the fifth and final season of the Netflix hit show with themed in-game music, video content and on-court promotions
Giveaway: CofC Volleyball x Stranger Things mini poster + "Netflix Watch Party" raffle basket
Saturday, September 27 vs. Hofstra – 12 p.m.
Theme: Girls Day Out // Camper Reunion
· Join us for a fun day celebrating and empowering girls and women!
· FREE fairy hair tinsel available on the concourse
· All summer Charleston volleyball campers are invited back to TD Arena
Giveaway: Charleston Girl Scout patches + Charleston branded clear belt bags while supplies last
Saturday, October 11 vs. North Carolina A&T – 2 p.m.
Theme: Dig Pink
· Fans are encouraged to wear pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month
Friday, October 24 vs. UNCW – 6 p.m.
Theme: Love Island Night
· Capitalizing on the hype of the popular show with themed in-game music, PA involvement and on-court contest
· Photo area on the concourse with props for fans
Saturday, October 25 vs. UNCW – 2 p.m.
Theme: "Monster Match" Halloween Day
· Fans are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes to the match. Kids who are dressed up will be invited down to the court to show off their costumes on the court between the second and third sets!
Giveaway: Halloween candy
Sunday, November 16 vs Elon – 2 p.m.
Theme: Senior Day
· Join us as we celebrate our 2025 senior class before the match
