JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The College of Charleston men's tennis team (0-2) fell 2-5 to North Florida (4-3) at the UNF Tennis Complex on Friday afternoon.

North Florida took a 1-0 lead as the Ospreys won the doubles point.

In singles play, North Florida took a 2-0 advantage with a sweep on court four, but Eddie Vo put the Cougars on the board with 6-2, 6-3 two-set win in slot No. 6.

The Ospreys then increased their advantage to 3-1 with a straight-set win on court one before clinching the match with another two-set win on court five. North Florida got its fifth point via retirement in position No. 3.

Jakub Solarski earned a win and a point for the Cougars as he won a hard-fought two-set battle 7-6, 7-5 to make the final score 5-2 in favor of the Ospreys.
