THIBODAUX, La. – The College of Charleston men's tennis team (4-3) earned its fourth straight victory with a 5-2 win at Nicholls State (4-3) Monday afternoon.

The Colonels took a 1-0 lead after winning all three doubles courts.

In singles, Eddie Vo evened the match with a 6-2, 6-0 win on court five before Juan Diego Rojas Mora earned his own two-set win in slot No. 6 (6-2, 6-2) to give the Cougars a 2-1 lead.

Dani Farran then increased Charleston's lead with a 6-4, 6-1 sweep on court four, and Jakub Solarski clinched the match for CofC with a 6-2, 7-6 (5) straight set win in the No. 1 position. Shortly after the Cougars clinched the match, Jake Smith got the Cougars their fifth point with a 7-6 (3), 6-4 victory on court three.

Nicholls State won court two in three sets to make the final score 5-2 in favor of the Cougars.
