Riley Collins joined the College of Charleston in 2025 as the Assistant Director of Sports Nutrition.
Prior to joining the Cougars, Collins served as a performance dietitian at the University of Florida for the football team.
Collins started her career in 2021 at the University of Wisconsin as a Graduate Assistant working with their football team. Following her assistantship she was hired at the University of Nebraska as an Assistant Sports Dietitian working with football, volleyball, tennis, basketball, wrestling, etc.
She received her undergraduate degree in nutrition science from the University of Wisconsin in 2021. She went on to earn her graduate degree in medical nutrition therapy and complete her dietetic internship at the University of Wisconsin in 2022.
Collins, an Adam’s-Friendship, Wisconsin native, is a registered dietitian through the Commission of Dietetic Registration.
