CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston Men's Soccer returns home to face off against Coastal Carolina on Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 7 p.m. at Ralph Lundy Field at Patriots Point in Mount Pleasant, S.C.
Last Outing
The College earned its first win in CAA play with a 2-0 victory over Drexel on the road on Oct. 19. Senior Tucker Heffron scored the Cougars two goals with junior Cole Gulledge and freshman Connor Walmsley credited with assists. Freshman keeper Austin Shuping recorded five saves in the shutout, marking his career-high in only his third ever start.

Coastal Carolina comes into the match with an overall record of 5-6-2 and a 1-1-0 conference record. In the Chanticleers most recent matchup, they took down Appalachian State by a score of 4-2. CCU took on No. 8 Kentucky earlier in the season and lost by a score of 1-0.
