HEAD COACH CHRISTIAN MICHNER
"It's a huge way to start the conference season. Obviously in this league, every night is a battle. We talk about 'you have to win your home games and you have to make sure you're ready to defend your home turf and get three points every time at home because you have to try get points on the road'. We'll have our work cut out for us at Drexel. I'm super proud of the girls tonight for their consistent fight and effort through 90 minutes. Credit to Delaware, Mike Barroqueiro has done a fantastic job with that program. They are a difficult team to play against. We were under pressure for a good part of the match, but I thought you saw a great CAA game tonight."
