• The Cougars won the second and third doubles flights to earn the doubles point.
• Clara Errard and Halli Trinkle delivered a tiebreaker win at No. 2 doubles to clinch the point.
• Eva Nyikos put the Cougars ahead for good with a 6-2, 6-3 win at No. 2 singles to extend her winning streak to eight.
• Kate Earnhardt rallied for a 1-6, 6-2, 6-2 victory in the fifth flight to put the Cougars ahead 3-1.
• Victoria Walter clinched the win with a 3-6, 7-6, 6-1 decision at No. 6 singles.
• Trinkle added a 4-6, 7-6, 6-2 victory in the third flight.
