Women’s Basketball Program Adds Jenna Annecchiarico

CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston head coach Robin Harmony has announced that Jenna Annecchiarico is joining the Cougar women's basketball program as a transfer from Eastern Michigan and will have two years of eligibility remaining.
Annecchiarico played in 79 games with 72 starts and averaged over 36 minutes per game in three seasons with the Eagles. She scored 734 points, dished out 262 assists, grabbed 290 rebounds and connected on 112 shots from 3-point range.
The Baldwin, N.Y., product led the Mid-American Conference in assist-to-turnover ratio as a freshman and sophomore and ranked third in the category in 2020-21. She also earned Academic All-MAC honors the past two years.
"Jenna is a tough combo guard who can score at all three levels and has the vision to make teammates better in the quarter court," said Harmony. "She is an exceptional 3-point shooter who can shoot off the pass and the bounce. She competes every play and takes no plays off."
Annecchiarico was a four-star recruit as a senior at Baldwin High School. Under her leadership, Baldwin became the first Long Island public high school girls' basketball team to be ranked in the Top 10 in the nation, and she helped them upset Christ the King when that school was ranked No. 1 by USA Today.
