Women's Basketball Falls to UNCW in Final Road Trip

WILMINGTON, N.C.—The College of Charleston women's basketball team lost to UNCW 63-47 in Wilmington on Friday night.
Jaila Roberts led the Cougars with 13 points. Jada Logan joined in double figures with 13 points and pulled down eight rebounds.
UNCW's Carrie Gross scored a game-high 20 points. Lexi Jackson was two points shy of a double-double for the Seahawks with eight points and 14 rebounds. UNCW outrebounded Charleston 60-34 creating 25 points on second chance opportunities.
Charleston will return home to take on Towson on Sunday, February 26.
