CHARLESTON, S.C. – The College of Charleston women's basketball team fell to Monmouth in TD Arena, 75-62.
The Cougars fought back from a 23-point deficit, but it ended up being insurmountable. The Cougars outscored the Hawks 26-19 to end the game.
Charleston was led by
Taryn Barbot, who scored a career high 36 points. It is the most points scored by a Cougar this season. Barbot found three buckets from beyond the arc and 11 points from the charity stripe.
Also aiding the effort was
Zoe McCrary, who tallied nine rebounds to end the day.

- Jenna Annecchiarico reached 500 career rebounds in the Monmouth matchup.
