CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston men's tennis will face North Carolina A&T in the first round of the CAA Championships in Williamsburg, Va. Doubles play is set to begin at 9:00 a.m.
The Cougars ended their regular season with an 11-10 overall record, most recently coming up short to Campbell and The Citadel.
Charleston fell in four conference matches during the regular season and will be looking for their first CAA victory versus the Aggies. The conference foes did not meet in the regular season.
Scouting the Opponent
The Aggies finished their regular season on a three-game winning streak and a 15-4 overall record. North Carolina A&T only faced one conference opponent during the regular season, taking down Hampton with a score of 7-0.
The winner of the first-round matchup will face the No.1 Seeded UNCW in the second round of the CAA Championships on Friday at 9:00 a.m.
