Quotable
"We are excited for another chance to test ourselves in preseason with a great opponent in NC State. It's always a measuring stick to play an ACC team and see how your team competes with them. We learned a lot in our first exhibition match against Coastal Carolina and will certainly be looking to see where we've improved and what we still need more attention on. It's a sprint to get the team ready for our season opener next week and this match with NC State will really show us where we're at. They're very well coached and have been one of the most impressive teams in the country over the past few seasons, so we will have our hands full on Saturday. The Cougars will be ready to go and will give everything we have." – CofC Head Coach Christian Michner
