Cougars Set to Conclude Regular Season Against Aggies

CHARLESTON, S.C. --- The College of Charleston volleyball team will wrap up the regular season on its home floor this weekend when the Cougars welcome CAA newcomer North Carolina A&T to TD Arena for a pivotal conference series that could have a significant impact on seeding for next week's CAA Championship. First serve for both Saturday and Sunday's matches is set for 1:00 p.m. Charleston will honor its 2022 senior class prior to Sunday's contest.
The Cougars enter the weekend occupying the sixth spot in the league standings having already clinched a berth in the conference tournament. North Carolina A&T is 5-9 in conference play this season and currently has a one-match lead on Stony Brook for the eighth and final spot in the CAA Tournament.

- North Carolina A&T carries a 9-15 overall record and a 5-9 mark in CAA play after falling to Northeastern twice last weekend.
- The Tigers rank fifth in the league in both blocks per set (2.03) and opponent hitting percentage (.204).
- Naiya Sawtelle enters the weekend ranked 41st in the nation and third in the CAA averaging 4.16 kills per set this season.
- Morgan Allen paces the Aggies' back row and ranks eighth in the league in digs per set (3.72).
- Chiara Napoli is currently ninth in the CAA in service aces per set (0.37).
- Admission is free of charge for all College of Charleston volleyball matches at TD Arena.
