
Cougars Fall to Delaware, 6-1

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. -- The College of Charleston men's tennis team (6-7, 1-1) resumed action on Tuesday following a 12 day break, hosting CAA foe Delaware at the CofC Tennis Center. The Blue Hens would leave Charleston with a 6-1 win.
How It Happened
Delaware would grab an early 1-0 lead after winning doubles on courts one and two. The Cougars would get a win from Brolin Dorsey and Johnny Wang on court three, however, 7-5.
In singles, the Cougars got off to good starts on courts two, five, and six. On courts two and six, Robby Krick and Andre Limon each won their first sets 7-6. Johnny Wang won his first set 6-1.
Delaware would grab the first set in the other three matches.
The Blue Hens would grab a 2-0 lead after winning singles on court four. The Cougars would punch back, with Johnny Wang winning 6-1, 7-5 on court five to give the Cougars their first point of the day.
After Delaware won on court three, the Cougars fell behind 3-1. The Blue Hens would clinch the match with a 6-2, 6-4 victory on court one.
