- Played and started in all 19 games of the season for the Cougars.
- Averaged 4.9 points and a team-best 6.3 rebounds.
- Snatched 11 steals and tallied seven blocked shots, anchoring the paint defensively.
- Shot a team-high 63.8 percent from the field (37-for-58).
- Scored in 18 of the Cougars' 19 games and grabbed at least five boards 13 times.

- Has three brothers, Ikenna, Godsent and Lucky, and one sister, Blessing.
- His host parents are Nick and Cinda Purrington, and host brothers, Alfred, Charles and Joel.
- His older brother, Ikenna Smart, played basketball at the University of Buffalo and Wake Forest.
- Has only played basketball the last eight years since coming to the U.S. in August of 2013.
- Chose CofC over Rice, Stetson, Longwood and North Carolina A&T.
- Loves playing soccer and was the best player on his high school team.
- Majoring in sociology at College of Charleston.
