Jordan Harris

Jordan Harris concluded her first season as an assistant coach with the Cougars in 2024.

Harris helped lead Charleston to one of its best seasons in program history, finishing as regular season and conference champions with a trip to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2017. CofC's 17 home victories in the regular season were the most among non-Power 4 programs and only second to Nebraska's 18.

Harris previously spent three seasons as the head coach at NJCAA Division I Indian River State. While at Indian River State, her programs earned  USMC/AVCA All-Academic Award and NJCAA All-Academic Team Awards. She saw several players move on to NCAA and NAIA programs following their completion with the program.

Prior to her time at Indian River State, Harris was an assistant coach at Yavapai College for two seasons. ing her time has an assistant, Harris helped Yavapai to a 20-win and Region Championship season in her first year with the team. She helped the Roughriders win their first Region Championship in four years while remaining in the NJCAA DI Volleyball Top 20 Poll for seven consecutive weeks. She helped coach four All-ACCAC selections including Yavapai’s first Libero of the Year while also including three All-Region picks, and a second team All-American.
 
Prior to Yavapai, Harris spent two years at Southern Arkansas University as a graduate assistant. She served as the defensive coordinator as well as the team’s recruiting coordinator and strength and conditioning coordinator. 

A native of Tallahassee, Florida, Harris partook in collegiate playing career that spanned four seasons with her most recent play coming at Augusta University of the Peach Belt Conference. While with the Jaguars, Harris was named to the Peach Belt Conference Honor Roll and All-Academic Team.

Prior to signing with Augusta University, Harris played two seasons at NJCAA Division II Pasco-Hernando State College. In those two seasons with the Conquistadors, Bickett was a part of 64 wins and a NJCAA Division II Region 8 Championship. As a sophomore captain in 2014, she was named an NJCAA Division II Second-Team All-American selection with the team finishing eighth at the NJCAA Division II National Tournament. She was also named the FCSAA Roberta Stokes Award winner for her academic achievements at PHSC.
