On Darty: Expected to add to the frontline attack and defense of the Cougars after transferring from Mercer University.

 

2008: Played in 29 matches with 18 starts in first season at Charleston ... finished second on team and fifth in conference with 1.09 blocks per game ... that mark currently places third in career blocks per set and is good for tenth on the Cougars’ all-time block list for a single season ... totaled 74 total blocks ... averaged 1.32 kills per set ... had nine kills with six blocks in first match as a Cougar vs. Portland State (8/29) ... had six kills and seven blocks with .308 hitting percentage against Stetson (9/6) ... posted season high eight blocks vs. Winthrop (9/12) ... totaled 10 blocks in a weekend series against Samford and Chattanooga, including five against league leading Samford ... hit season-best .583 with seven kills in the Chattanooga match (10/19) ... delivered season-high 11 kills with .318 hitting percentage and five blocks at Appalachian State (10/25).

2007: Named to All-Atlantic Sun Second Team ... started all 28 matches ... broke own Mercer record for block assists in a single season with 95 ... posted averages of 2.31 kills and 1.14 blocks per game ...  led team in hitting percentage (.257) and blocks per game ... recorded second consecutive 100-plus block season with 117 ... drilled double-digit kills in 13 of 28 matches, including a stretch of 12 of 16 matches from Sept. 15 through Nov. 2 ... tied career-high 16 kills in 3-0 win over North Florida on Sept. 29 ... had five blocks or more 12 times on the season, including career-best 11 blocks vs. Florida A&M on Oct. 30 ... posted four solo blocks twice, against Georgetown on Sept. 15 and vs. Alabama Birmingham on Oct. 9 ... hit season-high .650 against Kennesaw State on Oct. 6 ... managed hitting percentage of at least .250 in 14 matches ... named to Atlantic Sun All-Academic Honor Roll.

 

2006: Named Atlantic Sun Freshman of the Year and named to A-Sun All-Freshman team ... started all 30 matches ... led team with 105 blocks and set Bears single season block assist record with 94 ... averaged 2.10 kills and posted team-leading 0.98 blocks per game and .262 hitting percentage ... set career-high with 16 kills in 3-1 win over Nicholls State on Sept. 8 ... notched 13 kill, 10 block double-double against Ball State on Sept. 2 ... pounded out 13 kills with .684 hitting percentage in 3-0 win over Savannah State on Oct. 13 ... recorded career-high tying 10 block assists at Florida A&M on Oct. 31 ... posted double-figure kills in 12 matches and surpassed .500 hitting percentage five times ... named to Atlantic Sun Academic Honor Roll.

 

Oviedo High School: Served as team captain and was selected First-Team All-Conference as a senior ... chosen as Second-Team All-Conference following junior season ... key contributor for prestigious Orlando Volleyball Club, a perennial national contender.
