
Men?s Tennis Makes Quick Work of Presbyterian 6-1 At Home

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The College of Charleston men's tennis team takes down the Blue Hose of Presbyterian by a score of 6-1 on their home court at Patriots Point.
The Cougars swept the doubles matches, on the strength of the No. 1 doubles tandem of Rodrigo Encinas and Juan Estevarena, who improve their season record to 5-0 at that spot. Encinas and Estevarena both won their singles tilts as well, improving their records to 3-1 and 4-1 respectively.
The No. 3 doubles team of Vasily Kichigin and Josh Record also excelled against Presbyterian, winning by a score of 6-2, which increased their season record together to 4-0. Ryan Khan has also put in work for The College, earning his fourth-straight singles victory.
Next up for CofC is two weekend trips to Winthrop on Feb. 20, and then to North Carolina, A&T on Feb. 21. Each game is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m.
