CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston Women's Soccer will travel to Rock Hill, S.C. to face off against Winthrop on Wednesday, Sept. 4 with kick-off scheduled for 6 p.m. ET.
Last Outing
The College fell to Kennesaw State in its first road match of the season on Aug. 29 by a score of 1-0. With plenty of opportunities to climb back into the game, the Cougars valiant effort just wasn't enough. Freshman Olivia Freitas took a game-high five shots including three on target, while CofC held the edge in shots, 12-8.
The Opponent

Senior Allie Thomas led the Eagles last season with six goals, and she will be joined up top by fellow senior Natalie Royaards. Adding to the attack from the midfield will be senior Gabi Hull who scored three goals last year.
