Women's Basketball Travels to Elon

CHARLESTON, S.C.—The College of Charleston women's basketball team travels to North Carolina to face off against Elon on Sunday with tip-off penciled in at 2 p.m.
Charleston played Elon earlier in February where they lost 62-49 on home court, but the Cougars are looking to bounce back this contest.
Charleston (10-14, 5-9 in the CAA) lost to Stony Brook 82-75 in Charleston on Friday night. Jada Logan led the Cougars with 27 points and followed behind her was Anika McGarity with 17 points.
Elon (8-17, 4-10 in the CAA) won against Monmouth on Friday night 57-48 to defend home court. Lenaejha Evans led the Phoenix with 17 points. While Raven Preston fell two rebounds short of a double-double with 11 points and eight rebounds.
The Cougars will play one final road trip at UNCW on Friday, February 24 before the conference tournament.
