CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston returns home for a weekend series against CAA newcomer Stony Brook after taking a road series at William & Mary last week and playing a midweek at Clemson Tuesday.

Charleston opens their home CAA slate this weekend while the Seawolves play their first conference series after coming over from the America East this last offseason. Stony Brook is the lone home series against a new member of the conference as the Cougars head to Monmouth in mid-April and North Carolina A&T to start the May slate.

Charleston and Stony Brook meet for the first time since 2007 when the Cougars swept the Seawolves in a three-game set from Patriots Point. Stony Brook enters the weekend on a five-game win streak after opening the season 0-9 with series losses at Cal State Northridge, North Carolina and Troy.
