The 56-game slate features home midweek contests against Air Force (Feb. 23), Presbyterian (March 3), the Tigers (March 17) and USC Upstate (April 14) along with trips to the Chanticleers (Feb. 17), Wofford (March 11), Winthrop (March 31) and the Gamecocks at Founders Park (April 7). Home-and-home series with Charleston Southern and Georgia Southern round out the midweek matchups.

The new divisional format in the Coastal Athletic Association has each team play 10 conference weekends. Charleston will play Campbell, UNCW and William & Mary both home and away. The Cougars open conference play on the road at Hofstra (March 6-8) before returning home to face Stony Brook March 13-15. Charleston will also host North Carolina A&T and travel to Elon.
The 2026 CAA Baseball Championship will take place May 20-23 at UNCW.
