2014: Appeared in 44 games including 40 starts, all at shortstop… finished the year batting .228 with 31 hits and five doubles… drove in nine runs and scored 24 times… patiently notched a .291 on-base percentage with 11 walks… successful on all six stolen base attempts on the year… fielded at .962 with 95 assists and 56 putouts… made his first mound appearance against Coastal Carolina (May 13) and earned the win by striking out two hitters before CofC walked off with a win in the bottom of the 12^th… went for multiple hits on 12 occasions, including a 2-for-2, three-RBI, three-runs-scored day against James Madison (April 20).

Before CofC: Transferred from Spartanburg Methodist College where he played in 54 games in 2013, hitting .263 with 33 runs and 35 RBI and four HR, good for a slugging percentage of .394 ... graduated from Wade Hampton HS in 2010 ... SC Select team in 2010 ... All-Conference and All-State in 2010 ... team MVP in 2009 and 2010 ... rated #1 shortstop in South Carolina by Diamond Prospects coming out of high school.

Personal: Offered free agent contract with the Kansas City Royals after 2013 MLB draft ... majoring in sociology.
