- Brink was named the CAA Preseason Pitcher of the Year in D1 Baseball's CAA preview. Freshman Landon Penfield was selected as the conference Freshman of the Year while a total of 14 Cougars were either named in the league preview or were ranked in the publication's national preseason positional rankings.
- Senior Davis Aiken was named to the NCBWA Stopper of the Year Watch List on Feb. 12. Aiken appeared in 30 games last season, recording 11 saves for the Cougars.
