The first 500 fans will receive a Luck of the Cougs Stadium Cup, presented by TD Bank.

The College of Charleston's Center for Sustainable Development will be accepting clothing donations for the Cougar Free Store during the contest.
This is a great opportunity to divert waste from the landfill and promote reuse, so make sure to bring any gently used clothing you would like to donate to support this initiative and make our campus community more sustainable!
The Cougar Free Store is open weekly for the college community to donate and shop for free and donates to community partners.
The Cougar Pantry will be accepting donations at the upcoming game against Clemson on March 17, so bring a donation and help us keep Cougars fed!" The Cougar Pantry is a donation-based student led organization at CofC that works to combat food insecurity on campus by providing students items such as shelf-stable pantry goods and basic hygiene products. This service is confidential, free, and available to all CofC students.
In terms of donation items, items such as feminine products, shelf-stable meal items (pasta, rice, beans, canned chicken and tuna, canned pastas (such as Che Boyardee), mac and cheese, etc.) and basic hygiene products appear to be our highest in demand.

FIRST PITCH:
- Charleston won its second conference series, taking the final two games versus Stony Brook by scores of 5-4 (10 inn.) and 6-2.
- CofC's pitching staff posted a 2.25 ERA over the weekend, striking out 26 batters in 28.0 innings and holding the Seawolves to a .223 batting average.
- Graduate Dylan Johnson hit .462 last week, posting a 1.271 OPS across the four ballgames.
- Johnson's nine doubles in 2026 leads the CAA and ranks 26th nationally.
- Redshirt senior Alex Lyon appeared in his 85th career game out of the bullpen Saturday, tying him with Nathan Ocker (2016-19) for second in school history. Carter Love holds the record with 95 career relief outings.
- Lyon is two appearances away from tying Nick Chigges (2004-07) for third-most total appearances.
- Redshirt sophomore Ryan Hench and freshman Kaden Myers rank first and second in the CAA in appearances with 10 and nine outings, respectively. Hench ranks 17th in the country while Myers sits at 60.
- Freshman Austin Wiegandt picked up his first collegiate victory Sunday, becoming the fourth different Cougar to have their first win this season.
SERIES HISTORY:
- Charleston is 5-26 against Clemson in the series with the Tigers but have won three of the last six ballgames dating back to 2020. Charleston has outscored Clemson 31-13 in those three victories.

- The Cougars continue its home swing with a three-game set against CAA foe UNCW March 20-22 at Patriots Point. Friday's opener is scheduled for 6 p.m.
