- Recorded a .281 batting average to go along with six doubles and 18 RBI
-Lead the team in sacrifice flies/sacrifice hits with eight
- Three home runs for the Cougars in 2016
-Season-high three hits against Buffalo (March 15)
-Recorded two doubles against Campbell on Feb. 26
2015 (Junior)
- 53 Games/53 Starts
- Named to the CAA All-Academic Team
- Ranked third on the squad in batting average (.305), hits (47), triples (2), RBI (27), total bases (76) and slugging (.494)
- Ranked second on the team in doubles (T-2nd, 10) and home runs (5)
- Had a perfect fielding percentage in right field out of 54 chances
- 13 multi-hit performances
- 8 multi-RBI games
- Ended the 2015 season on a five-game hit-streak
- Her best performance came on 4/14 against Charleston Southern where the cleanup hitter went 2-3 with a home run, three RBIs, two runs scored and a walk
2014 (Sophomore)
- Despite being plagued with a month-long knee injury last season, she earned First-Team all-Colonial Athletic Association honors
- Finished the year second on the team in batting average at .365 in 31 starts
- Hit five doubles and a pair of home runs on the year
- Maintained a .518 slugging percentage and lead the team with a .449 on base percentage
- Had three hits and five RBI’s including a home run against South Carolina State
2013 (Freshman)
- Appeared in 23 games as a freshman and recorded two hits and drew three walks
- Hit her first career home run against Mississippi State on March 14.
Before CofC: Earned four varsity letters and was a four-time all-region catcher… earned all-state recognitions in her final three seasons… accounted for 17 career home runs.
Personal: Daughter of Ron and Carolyn Hansis… her father played over 10 years of professional hockey with the Houston Aeros and Erie Panthers... graduated in the top three percent of her class… earned her schools Spanish, Pre-calculus and Physics Awards.
