Biography

Career: Enters her senior season in 2018 with the top batting average (.379) and most stolen bases (74) in school history and ranks fourth in CAA history in the latter category … stands third in school record book in on-base percentage (.441), fifth in stolen base percentage (.871), sixth in runs scored (127) and ninth in hits (198) and sacrifices (23) … has played and started in 159 games over the past three years.

2017 (Junior): Named first team All-CAA third baseman after leading the league in hits (74) and runs scored (47) while ranking second in batting average (.389), at bats (190) and stolen bases (21) and third in on-base percentage (.450) … increased her average to .421 (32-for-76) in CAA contests … batting average and hits place third on the school season list while her runs total ranks sixth … became the first College of Charleston player with three seasons of at least 20 stolen bases … started all 56 games and hit safely in 47 of them including a nine-game hitting streak, the longest by a Cougar during the season … produced a team-high 22 multiple-hit games and had three hits on eight occasions … went 8-for-16 with four runs scored and three RBI in four games at the River City Leadoff to start the season … had three hits including a double and drove in two runs in the opener vs. George Mason … also had a three-hit game later in the tournament vs. host Jacksonville … scored a season-high three runs in the series finale vs. Delaware and swiped three bases in a win over Georgia Southern … had four other games with two stolen bases … squeezed in the winning run in a comeback victory over Western Carolina … had a solid defensive season in her first full year at third base, ranking third in the CAA with 121 assists.

2016 (Sophomore): Played and started all 58 games, the only Cougar to do so, and was named to the CAA and NFCA Mid-Atlantic Region second teams … broke her own school record with 27 stolen bases and batting average of .378 (73-for-193) ranks sixth in school history … her hit total is tied for the fourth most in the CofC record book … had eight doubles and three triples, scored 46 runs and drove in 17 while striking out only nine times … tied for the team lead with 21 multiple-hit games and had the team's longest hitting streak of the season at 14.

2015 (Freshman): Played and started 45 times and was named first team All-CAA and second team All-Mid-Atlantic Region as a utility player as well as a member of the CAA All-Rookie squad … set the school record for the first time, led the conference and stood 28th in the nation with 26 stolen bases and her batting average of .364 (51-for-140) is the 13th best in school history … scored 34 runs and knocked in 10 … had 15 multiple-hit performances and reached base safely in 16 straight games early in the season … named CAA Rookie of the Week on Feb. 22 after going 8-for-13 with seven runs scored and three stolen bases.

High School: A 2014 graduate of Greenbrier High School … started all four years and was a two-time team captain … broke school record for highest batting average and was named state player of the year following her junior season … helped team advance to a pair of regional tournaments … earned high academic honors … also played basketball.

Personal: Daughter of Gregg and Katie DuPree … double major in business administration and hospitality & tourism management.
