2009: Made 30 appearances with five starts ... made five pitching appearances, all in relief ... served primarily as a pinch runner ... scored eight runs on the season ... got only at bat against UMBC (2/22) ... made first pitching appearance vs. James Madison (2/15) ... threw 2.2 scoreless, three-hit innings of relief at Furman (4/11).
American Christian Academy:
A five-year starter for the Patriots softball team, Henderson was a key
contributor as ACA compiled an overall record of 128-62-2 during her
tenure ... as a pitcher, she personally accounted for 87 of those
victories as she posted an 87-26 all-time record with seven saves, 997
career strikeouts and a 1.28 ERA ... at the plate she finished with a
.408 batting average and swiped 129 bases, including 48 straight at one
point ... during her time with the program, the Patriots won at least
20 games each season and notched back-to-back 30-win campaigns from
2006-07 ... ACA finished with a 27-18-1 record in 2004 and garnered
State of Alabama Runner-Up honors prior to winning four straight Area
Championships ... following a 22-12 record in 2005, Henderson helped
lead the Patriots to records of 32-11 and 31-8 over the next two
seasons as she also contributed as a centerfielder ... as a senior she
continued to show her versatility as she moved to second base and
helped lead the team to a 26-13-1 record ... in addition to team
accomplishments, Henderson earned numerous individual honors throughout
her career ... following each of her five seasons she was named an
Alabama All-State and Super 10 selection, Area Tournament Most Valuable
Player and All City-County choice and was named to the State
All-Tournament Team as an eighth-grader in 2004 ... she was also named
as the MVP of the 2005 Queen of Diamonds Showcase and was a 2007
Athlete’s Foot Player of the Week ... 2006 Team Offensive MVP and 2008
Gold Glove award winner ... played four years with Bama Blast Travel
Team from 2003-2006, helping lead team to 199-22 overall record, 13
tournament titles and six tournament Runner-Up finishes ... notched
three straight 50-plus win seasons, including 58-4 2004 campaign that
saw team finish third in ASA State competition and ninth in the
National Tournament.

Mississippi on April 27, 1990, Stormie is the daughter of Kevin and
Becky Henderson ... family includes cousin Brett Delk who played
football and baseball at Division III Hampden-Sydney ... father played
baseball at East Mississippi Community College ... member of Fellowship
of Christian Athletes ... named to Honor Roll ... currently majoring in
communications.
