Cougars Climb to No. 22 in AP Poll

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The College of Charleston men's basketball team climbed one spot to No. 22 in latest AP Top 25 men's college basketball poll. This is the Cougars' highest ranking since being No. 16 in the March 1, 1999 AP Poll.
The Cougars earned two CAA victories this week over North Carolina A&T and Delaware. Pat Kelsey's program currently sits at 84 in KenPom ratings and 51 in the NCAA NET Rankings. With the win over Delaware, the Cougars' have six victories over 2022 March Madness participants.
Charleston will face their toughest conference test of the season thus far on Wednesday when to travel to UNCW. The Seahawks have 13 consecutive wins, second in the nation to the Cougar's 16. Action is set for 7:00 p.m. in Wilmington.
