CHARLESTON, S.C. - The College of Charleston men's basketball team dominated Stony Brook 92-52 in the final game of the regular season to clinch a share of the CAA regular season title, finishing the CAA slate with a record of 16-2 and 28-3 overall.

The Cougars only trailed only once at 5-4 in the first three minutes of the game then never looked back.
Ante Brzovic blocked two shots in the opening minutes to start a powerful defensive performance, while
Ben Burnham charged a personal seven point run to bring the Cougars up 14-9. CofC held the Seawolves without a basket over a four-minute stretch in the first half.

Charleston forced their fourth turnover of the game that converted into a Burnham slam on the other end to kickstart a career afternoon for the sophomore. The stretch continued with a 6-0 run to push a 27-17 lead before Burnham continued his first half dominance, dropping 17 points and collecting six boards. CofC ended the half on a 20-5 run to enter the locker room up 41-22.

Charleston continued their hot streak throughout the second half, never allowing the Seawolves to ever come within 20.
Reyne Smith lobbed a breakaway slam dunk to
Babacar Faye on a highlight reel play for a 29-point lead before four consecutive triples led a 19-1 run to seal the victory.

- Burnham dropped a career high 25 points, shooting 10-for-13 while Raekwon Horton added 14 points behind a career best four triples

- CofC held Stony Brook to 52 points in the game, the fewest they've allowed an opponent to score this season. The 40-point win marks the largest margin of victory this season.
- Six different Cougars grabbed at least five rebounds in the performance.
