WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – College of Charleston baseball travels to Virginia to take on William & Mary April 17-19 in the first half of the home-and-home conference series. First pitches from Plumeri Park are set for 6 p.m., 4:30 p.m. and 1 p.m.

FIRST PITCH:
- Charleston shutout USC Upstate, 6-0, Tuesday evening to earn its sixth straight win.
- Junior Conner Frail tossed 6.1 scoreless frames in his first Division I victory.
- Sophomore Parker Sweeney came out of the bullpen and threw 2.1 perfect innings of relief.
- In his last nine outings, Sweeney has a 0.53 ERA, striking out 18 batters in 17.0 innings. In that span, Sweeney has yielded just eight hits.
- Charleston has turned 31 double plays this season, which leads the league and ranks 29th nationally.
- Redshirt junior Braeden Smith enters the weekend riding a six-game hitting streak. Smith is 8-for-22 (.364) during the stretch.
- Graduate Dylan Johnson threw out his 15th would-be base stealer this season, which is tied for the eighth-most in school history. In all three seasons at Charleston, Johnson has thrown out at least 14 base stealers.
SERIES HISTORY:
- Charleston holds a 32-13 advantage in the all-time series versus William & Mary and are 10-9 as the road team.
- CofC took the final two ballgames in the series in Williamsburg last May before shutting out the Tribe, 12-0, in seven innings to begin the 2025 CAA Baseball Championship.
- Graduate Dylan Johnson hit a home run in each of the three victories last season versus W&M.
