Cougars Conclude Season This Weekend Against James Madison

CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston finishes its 2021 campaign this weekend with a three-game Colonial Athletic Association set against James Madison at Patriots Point. There is no admission charge for the series.
The teams play a doubleheader Saturday at noon and a single contest Sunday at noon. All three games will be streamed on Flosports and live stats will also be available. Visit the CofC softball schedule page for links.
Sunday will be Senior Day with pitcher Kylie Burke honored on the field at the conclusion of the game.
The Cougars will look to wrap up the season on a high note against the Dukes while halting a nine-game losing streak against the No. 24 team in the country. JMU swept a series earlier this year in Harrisonburg, Va.
CofC last defeated JMU on April 15, 2018, a 1-0 shutout at Patriots Point. JMU holds a 23-6 lead in the all-time series including 8-5 on the road.
The Dukes have won 17 in a row and are 27-1 overall and 14-1 in the CAA, losing only to Elon, 5-4, on March 28.
