
Cougars Head to Conway for Rematch Against Coastal

CHARLESTON, S.C. - College of Charleston embarks on a lengthy stretch away from home Wednesday when the Cougars meet Coastal Carolina for the second time this season.
First pitch at St. John Stadium in Conway is at 4 p.m. The game is the first of eight straight on the road including CAA series at UNCW and Campbell. Charleston does not return to Patriots Point until April 19-21 against NC A&T.
The Chanticleers won the first matchup this season by a score of 5-0 at Patriots Point on February 21. McKenna Kelly pitched six innings in relief for the Cougars and allowed only two runs.
Coastal holds a 51-25 lead in the series, including 24-12 in Conway, and have won six in a row overall.
