Cougars Visit Rock Hill to Conclude Road Slate

CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston concludes its road schedule Tuesday with a 4 p.m. game against Winthrop in Rock Hill.
The game was originally scheduled to be played at Patriots Point in March but was rained out.
The Cougars have a 16-15 lead in the all-time series, including a split of two doubleheaders in 2022 in the most recent meetings.
In Rock Hill on April 13, 2022, Payton Lemire pitched a five-hitter and Shealyn Starks hit a two-run homer in a 7-1 victory.
Two weeks later at Patriots Point, Lemire again shined in the circle, allowing only three hits and an unearned run in a 2-1 win.
Following Tuesday's game, the Cougars wrap up the 2024 campaign at home with a CAA series against Hofstra beginning Thursday.
