Cougars Host Towson in CAA Series

CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston looks to get back on track this weekend when the Cougars host Towson in a CAA series at Patriots Point.
The Cougars and Tigers open the set Friday at 5 p.m. followed by games Saturday at 2 p.m. and Sunday at noon. Ticket are $10 each day and all three games will be streamed on FloCollege.
Friday is Disney Day with Disney music during the game and Mickey and Minnie Mouse ear giveaways. Saturday will be Masters Day, including an inflatable 9-hole putt putt course pregame and a Masters themed Charleston Cup.
The Cougars begin the series in fifth place in the CAA with a 9-6 conference record (18-22 overall). Campbell and Elon are tied for first (12-3) followed by Delaware (11-4) and Stony Brook (10-5).
Charleston is one game ahead of UNCW and Hofstra (8-7) with Towson another game back at 7-8 with each team having 12 regular season conference contests remaining. The top six qualify for the CAA Tournament in Buies Creek, N.C., on May 7-10.
