MT PLEASANT, S.C. – College of Charleston baseball plays host to Charleston Southern April 21 for a 6 p.m. contest at Patriots Point.
To elevate the fan experience at Patriots Point, all concession stands and additional points of sale at College of Charleston baseball and softball contests will now operate as cash free points of purchase.

FIRST PITCH:
- Charleston took two of three at William & Mary and have won eight of the last night ballgames.
- The Cougars won Friday's slugfest by a score of 16-10 before shutting out the Tribe, 4-0, in the series finale Sunday.
- Redshirt junior Carson Bryant and freshman Kaden Myers combined for the shutout victory.
- Graduate Dylan Johnson was named CAA Player of the Week after hitting .375 last week with five runs scored and seven RBI. Johnson caught two shutouts last week and threw a runner in each of the four contests, throwing out five runners in nine attempts.
- Redshirt senior Alex Lyon appeared in his 93rd career outing Friday, taking sole possession of second in school history in the mark.
SERIES HISTORY:
- Charleston holds a 64-18 advantage in the series with Charleston Southern and is 32-12 at home.
- CofC has won 9 of the last 10 ballgames, including the last four. In 2025, the Cougars won 14-9 at home April 1 before defeating the Bucs 6-4 April 8 on the road.
