
Cougars and Dragons Square Off in CAA Series

CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston continues its six-game homestand this weekend with a CAA series against Drexel.
The teams open the set Friday at 5 p.m. followed by games on Saturday at 2 p.m. and Sunday at noon. Admission is $10 per day and all three games will be streamed on FloCollege.
Friday will be First Responders Appreciation Night and Saturday is Bark at the Park with fans invited to bring their dogs to the game. Charleston bandanas and dog treats will be provided while supplies last.
The Cougars are 6-3 in the CAA and in fourth place, two games behind co-leaders Campbell and Elon and one shy of Delaware. Charleston (14-19 overall) won its first two series against Hampton and UNCW before losing a pair of one-run games at Stony Brook.
Drexel (2-23, 2-7 CAA) has one conference win against Monmouth and Hampton and is in 11th place.
The Cougars hold a 17-10 lead in the all-time series including 9-4 at Patriots Point. The teams last met in 2023 with Charleston taking two of three in Philadelphia.
